Responsibilities
- Gather client and stakeholder needs and turn them into clear opportunities and requirements.
- Manage the product backlog: priorities, refinement, and context for the team.
- Write specifications and acceptance criteria for AI-assisted features, including edge cases and behaviour when the model fails.
- Maintain product documentation and recorded decisions in Confluence.
- Organise discovery in Jira Product Discovery: ideas, insights, and prioritisation criteria.
- Track execution in Jira, together with the technical team.
- Plan and budget the product roadmap according to the pipeline of open opportunities.
- Define with the team how each feature's quality is measured, and follow the results after launch.
- Communicate progress, risks, and limitations to stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on digital products.
- Experience with products that use AI or LLMs in a real-world environment.
- Strong writing skills: specifications, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting product data and metrics.
- Able to work directly with engineering and understand the technical implications of product decisions.
- Spoken and written English.
- Autonomy in using AI tools connected to the company's various applications.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
