Responsibilities
- Implement FinOps strategies and best practices to optimize cloud costs and improve financial accountability
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud spending and usage across multiple cloud platforms
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with finance, engineering, and operations teams
- Identify and drive cloud cost optimization opportunities while ensuring service quality and performance
- Develop cost reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making and increase cloud cost transparency
- Promote FinOps governance processes and improve collaboration between product, engineering, architecture, and finance teams
- Implement and improve tools and automation for cloud cost tracking, reporting, and optimization
- Experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, or cloud financial analysis
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their billing models
- Experience with cloud operations, cloud architectures, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and presentations
- Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Knowledge of IBM Cloudability or similar cloud cost management tools is a plus
- Understanding of IT asset management, cost accounting, or financial processes
- Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or FinOps Foundation are valued
- Fluency in English
