At HUGO BOSS, we are looking for an IT Junior Support Technician with experience in end-user IT support and microinformatics to join our Iberia IT Department.
The selected candidate will provide 360° support to the IT team based in Lisbon, Portugal, ensuring the smooth operation of IT equipment and infrastructure, while supporting a wide range of key technical activities across the business. The role requires a proactive, service-oriented professional capable of delivering high-quality support to internal users and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services.
- Permanent contract.
- 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working remotely).
- Office based in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Availability to travel to HUGO BOSS stores across Portugal and Spain.
- Availability for international travel, including visits to the Spain office.
- Occasional travel to Germany for team meetings and collaboration activities.
- Start date: September 2026.
- Provide end-user IT support and microinformatics expertise across the company's different locations, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and equipment.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory environments.
- Experience with Power Automate will be highly valued.
- Perform maintenance and upgrades of HP servers, desktops, laptops, hardware, software, operating systems, and network printers.
- Manage the corporate Local Area Network (LAN), including Internet connectivity and VPN services.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint and Exchange Online.
- Configure, deploy, and clone IT equipment, as well as install hardware components.
- Manage and monitor the company's mobile device fleet.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents, providing effective support to end users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of IT service availability and user satisfaction.
- Vocational Training Diploma (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Computer Science, Microinformatics, Systems Administration, IT Support, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Microinformatics and End-User IT Support.
- Native Portuguese speaker.
- Advanced English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Advanced Spanish (C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and service-focused attitude.Patient, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Availability for occasional business travel across Iberia (Portugal and Spain).
- Valid driver's license.
