Operations Planner | Mortágua, Portugal
We are looking for an Operations Planner to join our office team in Mortágua, Portugal.
This role will be responsible for planning and coordinating the allocation of operational employees across company projects, supporting the successful execution of activities within our Electrical Division.
About The Role
As an Operations Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient deployment of resources across projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Operations Supervisors, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate workforce allocation, identify staffing needs, and support operational efficiency across the business.

Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the allocation of personnel to active projects in collaboration with Project Managers and Operations Supervisors.
- Support workforce planning activities to ensure projects are adequately staffed.
- Identify personnel needs, including recruitment, training, and development requirements, and communicate them to the Business Unit Manager.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations Supervisors to maximize workforce utilization across projects.
- Approve vacation requests for operational employees in alignment with operational requirements.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing within areas of expertise.
- Maintain accurate workforce planning records and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within Muehlhan Wind Service or at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Muehlhan Portal and ERP Sage X3 is considered an advantage.
- Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
