This is a high‑impact role where marketing meets commercial execution — ensuring our brands are visible, compelling and ready to sell across all relevant channels.
About The Role
Reporting to the Leader, Marketing Iberia, you will activate promotions, campaigns, and product launches across Portugal, working closely with the marketing, digital, product, and sales teams. You will be the key link between marketing strategy and in‑market execution, ensuring our presence in showrooms, project channels and wholesale partners is best‑in‑class.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Activation Strategy: Develop and execute activation plans for Professional, Quickfix and SPA, including promotions, sales cycle campaigns, product launches, POS/displays and loyalty programs.
- Trade Marketing Execution: Improve in‑store positioning through POS materials, displays, catalogues, brochures and price lists.
- Digital Campaign Guidance: Support the Digital Marketing Specialist on online campaigns, SEO/SEA, newsletters, websites and content for the Professional sub‑brand.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Channel Leaders and sales teams to help achieve annual sales and margin targets.
- Budget Ownership: Manage local A&P and CAPEX budgets for assigned sub‑brands.
- Material Production & Stock: Produce activation materials and manage stock (POs, catalogues, displays).
- Showroom & Project Channel Focus: Strengthen brand presence and support commercial teams with tools that drive customer engagement.
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in trade marketing or channel activation.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent Office Suite skills; SAP, Salesforce, or Google Workspace are a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Driving licence (role includes travel within Portugal 2–3 times per month).
- Languages: Portuguese and English required; Spanish preferred.
- Personality: proactive, organized, decisive, comfortable engaging directly with wholesalers and clients.
- Work for an industry leader with strong brand recognition.
- High‑impact role directly contributing to commercial growth in Portugal.
- Close collaboration with marketing, sales, and project teams.
- Opportunity to shape how our sub‑brands show up in the market.
