THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Collaboration & Communications Product Owner for a internacional project in the Industry and Engineer sector.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Own the administration and operation of the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Define and operate Microsoft Teams Phone services.
- Change & Deployment Management.
- Licensing & Compliance.
- Automate Microsoft 365 tenant operations, device management, and telephony services.
- Vendor & Offshore Team Management.
- Integrate services and operational processes with ServiceNow.
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Session Border Controllers (SBC), Quality of Service (QoS) and emergency calling service.
- Strong automation skills using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience managing offshore teams, telecommunications providers, and MSPs through SLAs and KPIs.
- Experience in incident management.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Platform-oriented mindset with a focus on automation, reusability, and self-service capabilities.
