JUNIOR SECURITIES SETTLEMENT OFFICER
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Junior Securities Settlement Officer to support the execution of key securities settlement processes. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to pre and post-settlement activities, clearing and custody operations, maintaining relevant legal documentation, and supporting transaction and event-related accounting activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in banking and financial operations within an international environment.
What You Will Do On a Daily Basis
- Monitor and ensure the successful settlement of securities transactions and associated products.
- Perform cash and position reconciliations across internal systems and local custodians.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of referential data in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Respond to operational queries and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Support day-to-day settlement, clearing, custody, and securities-related operational activities.
- Knowledge of Banking and Financial Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on client service.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Banking or Financial Operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
