Business Management & Efficiency Senior Officer

- The Business Management & Efficiency Senior Office main mission is to take the ownership of several topics and processes requiring transversal coordination and consolidation of information such as, Human Resources (HR), Facilities, Community Management, Deals Reporting, Business Continuity, Administration of Business Applications and be Transaction Banking (TB) business representative single point of contact (SPOC) in several Global banking forum, particularly conduct, BCP, support on events organization and incoming new topics. They define and propose synthetic reporting documents to ensure good visibility for Transaction Banking Senior Management through relevant KPI
- Support the Head of business Efficiency on daily requests, activities, duties and in handling various ad hoc topics related to internal and external client requests and priorities
- Ensure the deliverables and processes are done with good quality and within the proper time frame
- Suggest, follow-up and implement continuous improvement
- Maintain the knowledge management and audit trail processes, ensuring that the right information is being properly stored
- Master’s Degree in Mathematics and Statistics or Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
- Between 5 to 7 years of experience with managerial exposure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly excel and powerpoint
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Ability to be flexible, autonomous, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, promote and implement new processes
- Capacity to anticipate issues, take initiative to resolve them and to set up relevant performance indicators
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships and work transversally with partners
- Capacity to be structured, concrete, solution oriented, rigorous and organized
- Good knowledge of banking processes ideally within CIB
- Transaction Banking is one of the main CIB – Global Banking business line at the heart of BNP Paribas strategy. They accompany clients’ international expansion, support their working capital needs, payment and collection requirements, and help them manage their liquidity. The team assists different business teams in multiple topics, both on daily and monthly needs as in project mode. It is team of data analysts and scientists focusing on data who are involved in the conception of data use cases from exploration phase up to production delivery. assist and participate in the daily monitoring and optimization of a spectrum of topics and processes within TB-EMEA region the team is in charge for. They collaborate very closely with various TB departments, such as Cash, Trade, Liquidity, COO Office and Transaction banking other Regions as well when necessary and relevant to align, take benefits of best practices when pertinent with the goal to continuously optimise, rationalise and simplify all processes allowing Transaction Banking Top Management to have a global and synthetic view on the various topics you will have in charge to produce with an opportunistic and critical approach
