Key Responsibilities
Brand Relationship Management
- Serve as the single point of contact and trusted relationship owner for a portfolio of global cannabis brand partners
- Proactively manage partner expectations, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and confident in our commercial execution
- Conduct regular business reviews with brand partners, presenting performance data and strategic recommendations
- Maintain strong brand partnerships through proactive communication and strategic problem-solving**.**
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, regulatory, and operations teams to safeguard brand relationships, offering strategic solutions to keep partnerships thriving
Sales Reporting & Commercial Analysis
- Own the cadence of sales reporting for each brand partner — from weekly sell-out data to monthly revenue summaries and quarterly trend analyses
- Empower brand partners with comprehensive sales visibility, owning the delivery of weekly sell-out data, monthly revenue, and quarterly trend reports.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting templates that give partners clear visibility into their performance across European markets
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, slow-moving SKUs, and emerging market trends
- Work alongside the finance and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Marketing & Promotional Planning
- Develop joint marketing and promotional plans with brand partners, aligned to seasonal calendars, product launches, and market conditions
- Coordinate execution of promotional activities across markets, working with local sales teams and distribution partners
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing materials and touchpoints in the European medical context
- Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization
Pricing & Commercial Strategy
- Lead pricing reviews in collaboration with brand partners, ensuring competitiveness across European medical markets while protecting margin
- Monitor market pricing, competitor activity, and regulatory developments that may affect positioning
- Support the development of market-entry pricing strategies for new brands or SKU launches
- Maintain and update pricing documentation, ensuring all internal stakeholders and partners have accurate, up-to-date information
Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as the commercial liaison between brand partners and internal teams including regulatory affairs, supply chain, and medical affairs
- Support product listing processes, ensuring partners have the documentation, samples, and information required
- Contribute to the onboarding of new brand partners, building scalable processes for integration into our ecosystem
- Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and brand partner visits across Europe as required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a brand management, key account management, or senior sales role — ideally within cannabis, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or an adjacent regulated industry
- Demonstrable track record of owning and growing commercial relationships with external partners or brand owners
- Experience building and presenting sales and marketing performance reports to senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with the European medical cannabis landscape is a strong advantage; a willingness to learn rapidly is essential
- Experience working in or with international, multi-market businesses
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you build trust naturally and maintain it under pressure
- Strong analytical ability — comfortable with data, able to distil insights from complex reporting and present them clearly
- Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple brand relationships and workstreams simultaneously
- Commercial acumen and understanding of pricing dynamics, margin management, and go-to-market planning
- Collaborative team player with the ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese, German, French, or other European languages is a strong advantage
- Experience in cannabis brand management or commercial partnerships is required.
- Exposure to mature regulated cannabis markets, such as Canada’s, is a strong advantage.
