IT Administrator – File Transfer Specialist

Are you passionate about secure file transfers and infrastructure administration? Then this position is for you. As an IT Administrator – File Transfer, you will be responsible for managing secure file transfer solutions, supporting business-critical data exchanges, and ensuring the reliability of the file transfer infrastructure.
Build Side
- Gather technical requirements for new file transfer setups and data exchange flows
- Participate in change requests for connectivity updates
- Coordinate and execute testing of new file transfer configurations
- Launch and follow up on connectivity initiatives
- Configure secure file transfer solutions with a high level of accuracy
- Identify improvements to file transfer processes, security, and efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of file transfer maps and configurations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external administrators on connectivity projects
- Provide Level 3 support for file transfer incidents and connectivity issues
- Manage and maintain Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport environments
- Monitor scheduled, real-time, and batch file transfer processes
- Troubleshoot connectivity and handshake issues with external system administrators
- Document known issues and provide guidance to first-line support teams
- Ensure the availability and stability of the file transfer infrastructure
You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
You have experience managing secure file transfer solutions and supporting production environments.
You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with sensitive business data.
