Noesis is looking for the following profile:
Act early and decisively on 1st signs of alarm so that business doesn’t stop;
Troubleshoot incidents so that development teams have all info to fix problems;
Be an expert in the end user portion of our our technology landscape;
Qualifications
2 years experience in Service Desk position on an international environment;
Strong technical background, both in software as in end user hardware;
Experience in Mac and/or Windows configurations.
