In this role, you will elevate the traditional customer service experience. Serving as a key representative for a world-renowned payment solutions leader, you will assist corporate clients and individual consumers with digital transactions, ensuring every financial interaction is smooth, protected, and efficient. Your core objective is to turn technical inquiries and troubleshooting into seamless, stress-free interactions.
Your Everyday Responsibilities
Your daily workflow will focus on delivering elite service and maintaining high operational standards:
- Multi-Channel Care: Support French-speaking clients via telephone, live chat, and email regarding account setups, platform navigation, and payment processing.
- Issue Diagnostics: Investigate and rectify payment errors, billing questions, and profile security concerns with a detail-oriented, consumer-centric focus.
- Data Security & Compliance: Strictly adhere to international privacy mandates (such as GDPR) and anti-fraud protocols to ensure total transaction safety.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the vital link between end-users and our technical departments, relaying feedback to drive software improvements.
- Dynamic Workflow Management: Multitask effectively in a lively, fast-paced setting while remaining poised, welcoming, and professional.
We prioritize your mindset, communication capacity, and analytical skills over past industry experience. A background in finance or call centers is not mandatory; our comprehensive, fully compensated onboarding program will provide all the knowledge you need to succeed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native or bilingual mastery of French (C1/C2 level), combined with professional working proficiency in English (B2 level) for training modules and corporate communications.
- Technical Agility: High comfort level adopting new digital tools and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Soft Skills: True empathy, a passion for helping others, and the resilience to stay calm during high-volume periods.
- Geographical Location: Currently based in Lisbon, or fully prepared to move to the Portuguese capital (independently or via our corporate mobility program).

- Base Salary: €930 gross per month, distributed 14 times per year (inclusive of standard Portuguese summer and Christmas bonuses).
