Monday is looking for a Community Associate to join our center in Lisbon
We are looking for an operational, customer-focused professional who is passionate about community well-being and delivering an outstanding member experience. What is this role about?
Our Community Associates are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the center and overseeing all front desk activities. To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional attention to detail, strong process management skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible for leading the events function and serving as the natural link between the community and Monday.
What will I be doing?
- Onboarding – welcoming new workers
Managing the onboarding process for new community members after contract signing. Introducing the center and the community, and supporting members during their first days
- Invoicing – billing and payment tracking
Managing the monthly billing process, issuing invoices at month-end, following up on payments, providing explanations to clients, and resolving any related issues
- Operations – day-to-day management
Coordinating suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.) to deliver an excellent customer experience. Daily monitoring of the center to ensure quality standards are met. Managing internal and external events. Acting as the main point of contact and resolving incidents from the front desk.
What profile are we looking for?
- Good level of Spanish, English, and Portuguese, essential for customer service.
- Strong communication and customer service skill
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in the hospitality sector and space management
- Minimum availability of at least 4 months (if possible).
- A formal internship agreement must be established between the educational institution and the company. This is a paid internship position.
