- Policy Enforcement: Take swift action against content that violates network policies, such as cyberbullying, hate speech, misinformation, or copyright infractions.
- Contextual Awareness: Stay highly informed on Italian cultural shifts, current memes, and regional slang to correctly evaluate reported material.
- Key Performance Indicators: Consistently deliver high precision and efficiency rates to fulfill project KPIs.
- Case Escalation: Pass highly sensitive, complicated, or borderline situations up to senior policy experts or management teams when necessary.
- Continuous Upskilling: Take part in regular workshops to stay completely updated on changing safety policies and platform tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or bilingual mastery of Italian (C1/C2 level) paired with a practical command of English (minimum B2 level) for corporate training, internal communication, and software navigation.
- Workplace Environment: Total readiness to work full-time out of our modern office hub in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Technical Familiarity: A natural comfort using social media applications, short-form video platforms, and standard computer applications.
- Mental Resilience: The professional maturity and objectivity required to review and evaluate sensitive digital material in a neutral manner.
- Work Authorization: A valid EU passport or pre-existing legal right to work within Portugal.
- Prior experience in content filtering, customer support, data localization, or contact centers is a plus, but is not mandatory. We provide a complete, professional onboarding and training program!
To ensure a smooth and worry-free transition to Portugal, international applicants or those relocating from outside the Lisbon region will receive:
- Flight Reimbursement: Full financial coverage for your initial inbound airfare to Lisbon.
- Corporate Housing: A private bedroom in a fully furnished, shared company apartment starting from day one.
