E-Commerce Category Manager (UK Market) | Based in Lisbon

From Luxe Talent, International recruitment and training consultancy specializing in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG. We are looking for an E-Commerce Category Manager to drive the strategy and commercial growth of the UK market for a leading international home & living e-commerce company.

At our recruitment and training consultancy, we partner with leading brands across the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors throughout Europe. We have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Munich.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Own the P&L for the UK category, driving profitable growth and margin expansion.
Define the local product, pricing, and portfolio strategy for the UK market.
Lead new product launches and manage the full product lifecycle.
Plan and execute commercial campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team while optimizing e-commerce performance.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sourcing, and UX teams to maximize business results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, E-commerce, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Category Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting, ideally within e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or home & living.
Experience owning a P&L or playing a key role in driving commercial performance.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with expertise in pricing, profitability, and category management.
Fluent English.
