The role – Junior Data Analyst
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of data solutions that support strategic decision-making. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will help automate data processes and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and visualization tools. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to ensure reliable and efficient data integration
- Build scalable data models and interactive dashboards to support reporting and decision-making
- Develop and optimize data engineering pipelines for data processing and transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality, governance, and consistency
- Support the implementation of innovative analytics and AI-driven solutions.
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
- Proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js
- Understanding of data modelling principles and ETL frameworks
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is valued
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services is an advantage
- Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and frameworks is an asset
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
