We're looking for a creative and proactive People Experience & Communications Specialist to help strengthen our employer brand and create engaging experiences for our employees.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, People Operations, Benefits & Rewards and Finance, you'll support the planning and delivery of engagement initiatives, internal communications, employer branding activities, and People projects throughout the year.
YOUR TASKS:
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Manage the annual Employee Experience roadmap.
- Plan and deliver employee events, engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and internal campaigns.
- Gather employee feedback and help continuously improve employee experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
- Build partnerships with universities and external organizations.
- Coordinate participation in career fairs and employer branding events.
- Manage the main internal communication channels.
- Create newsletters, presentations, announcements, and communication materials.
- Develop engaging content that keeps employees informed and connected.
- Manage and support the company's corporate social media channels, creating engaging content that strengthens both our employer brand and corporate communications.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related activities, as required.
- Provide creative and project support across the People & Operations area.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Around 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience planning events and engagement initiatives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience creating presentations and communication materials.
- A creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital design platforms for content creation and communication is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition activities.
- Experience working in a technology-driven environment is a plus.
