We're looking for a creative and proactive People Experience & Communications Specialist to help strengthen our employer brand and create engaging experiences for our employees.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, People Operations, Benefits & Rewards and Finance, you'll support the planning and delivery of engagement initiatives, internal communications, employer branding activities, and People projects throughout the year.

YOUR TASKS:

Employee Experience & Engagement:

  • Manage the annual Employee Experience roadmap.
  • Plan and deliver employee events, engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and internal campaigns.
  • Gather employee feedback and help continuously improve employee experience.

Employer Branding:

  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
  • Build partnerships with universities and external organizations.
  • Coordinate participation in career fairs and employer branding events.

Internal & Corporate Communications:

  • Manage the main internal communication channels.
  • Create newsletters, presentations, announcements, and communication materials.
  • Develop engaging content that keeps employees informed and connected.
  • Manage and support the company's corporate social media channels, creating engaging content that strengthens both our employer brand and corporate communications.

People Team Support:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related activities, as required.
  • Provide creative and project support across the People & Operations area.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Around 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience planning events and engagement initiatives.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience creating presentations and communication materials.
  • A creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital design platforms for content creation and communication is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition activities.
  • Experience working in a technology-driven environment is a plus.
