About The Role
IT Picker is a technology staffing and consulting company that connects businesses with top-tier tech talent and solutions. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded SDR / Business Developer to grow our international client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing outbound efforts, and nurturing relationships with companies across multiple geographies, with a strong focus on the US and UK markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through LinkedIn, cold outreach, events, and referrals
- Qualify and develop new business opportunities across international markets
- Manage the full business development cycle, from first contact to contract signature
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity records in CRM
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at target companies
- Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to align commercial efforts with capacity
- Represent IT Picker in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or business development role within a national or international consulting firm
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), mandatory
- Understanding of core tech concepts: Frontend, Backend, UX/UI Design, etc.
- Experience working with CRMs
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of working with international clients and cross-border deals
- Experience with the US and/or UK tech markets
- Existing network within software development, staffing, or IT services
