About The Role

IT Picker is a technology staffing and consulting company that connects businesses with top-tier tech talent and solutions. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded SDR / Business Developer to grow our international client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing outbound efforts, and nurturing relationships with companies across multiple geographies, with a strong focus on the US and UK markets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through LinkedIn, cold outreach, events, and referrals
  • Qualify and develop new business opportunities across international markets
  • Manage the full business development cycle, from first contact to contract signature
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity records in CRM
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at target companies
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to align commercial efforts with capacity
  • Represent IT Picker in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or business development role within a national or international consulting firm
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), mandatory
  • Understanding of core tech concepts: Frontend, Backend, UX/UI Design, etc.
  • Experience working with CRMs
  • Strong negotiation, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of working with international clients and cross-border deals

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the US and/or UK tech markets
  • Existing network within software development, staffing, or IT services
