What will you contribute?
Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, the Salesforce Administrator will manage, support, and optimize Finastra's Salesforce platforms.
You will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation, security, and continuous improvement of Salesforce while delivering a high-quality support experience to internal users.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a major Salesforce platform consolidation initiative and help shape the future Salesforce environment across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce user and license administration, including user provisioning, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Provide support for Salesforce-related incidents, service requests, and user inquiries.
- Perform system audits and maintain platform integrity and data quality.
- Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
- Monitor platform health, security, and performance, including the impact of Salesforce releases and enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, and technical teams.
- Analyze incident trends and recommend process and platform improvements.
- Communicate platform updates, risks, and major incidents to stakeholders.
- Produce regular reporting on platform health and operational performance.
- Support Salesforce platform enhancement, configuration, and consolidation activities.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- Experience administering Salesforce environments, including user management, security, permissions, roles, and profiles.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting Salesforce-related issues.
- Understanding of Salesforce releases, upgrades, and platform maintenance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Experience contributing to Salesforce implementation, migration, or transformation initiatives.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Be part of a global Salesforce support team.
- Contribute to a significant Salesforce transformation programme.
- Work with international stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Help improve and evolve a business-critical platform used across the organization.
