Be our NEXT Service Quality Officer!

  • +3 years of experience in Service Management, Service Quality or similar ;
  • Knowledge of Access Management and user authorizations ;
  • Understanding of IT systems and Data Governance ;
  • Experience with process and documentation management;
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills;
  • Experience monitoring SLAs and service performance ;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Fluent English (french is a plus).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user access, profiles, and authorizations;
  • Perform periodic access reviews and ensure compliance;
  • Communicate with users throughout incident resolution;
  • Monitor service quality, processes, and SLAs;
  • Maintain and update operational procedures and documentation;
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Business Lines, and Group Functions;
  • Support service reporting and billing activities;
  • Drive continuous service improvement.
