About The Job

Operate the 1st Line of Defense CIB(Corporate & Institutional Banking) Data Privacy and Protection Controls framework according to Group methodology and tooling, and support its continuous improvement and evolution in order to align with the risk control self assessment framework and better capture personal data privacy and protection risks.

Your Main Activities Are

Deploy and execute controls at the relevant level of granularity, ensuring consistency of execution across the different control owners and executioners
Define and follow-up on Action Plans implementation when relevant
Ensure consistency of the Control framework with LOD2 independent test plan, and European Central Bank recommendations
Liaise and interact with the stakeholders on a daily basis to promote the standardization of the Control framework by supporting Regions in the deployment of their control frameworks
Perform periodic and ad-hoc reporting to the appropriate level of management as well as independent control functions

Profile and Skills to Success

Bachelor's Degree in Law or any similar areas
Advanced level of english fluency, both oral and written
Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Attention to detail and creative thinking
