Responsibilities

  • 2 years of professional experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, IT Operations, or a similar role.
  • Ensure the operational management of IT services, maintaining high levels of service quality and continuity.
  • Coordinate the resolution of incidents by working closely with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Monitor and follow up on service requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Track and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying risks and supporting service performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Support the continuous improvement of IT services, processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to maintaining a reliable, customer-focused, and high-performing IT service environment.
