About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Sr. Manager Sales Excellence to drive commercial execution excellence, improve sales force productivity, and ensure the effective translation of business strategy into field execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Sales Excellence frameworks, operating models, and execution standards.
- Define, monitor, and optimize commercial KPIs, including productivity, distribution, and execution quality.
- Build dashboards, reporting tools, and performance analyses to support business decisions.
- Identify performance gaps and lead continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
- Support the design and optimization of sales incentive models, ensuring alignment between targets, KPIs, and rewards.
- Transform data and insights into actionable recommendations and compelling commercial stories.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
- Degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, Data & Analytics, Operational Marketing, or similar functions within FMCG environments.
- Project management and continuous improvement experience.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
