About The Team

This role is based within Telenor Shared Services, where we have consolidated all HR Operations

You will work closely with Group People which acts as the Centre of Excellence for global mobility across the group.

This is a highly collaborative and international environment where you will engage with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions, including HR, Talent, Finance, Tax and BUs

About The Role

As Global Mobility expert you will take ownership of Telenor’s global mobility policies and programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring mobility solutions support both business priorities and employee experience.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations, where you will drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across global mobility delivery.

What You Will Work On

You will be responsible to ensure the cross-border population (expats, commuters, etc.) are managed in a compliant manner, and to continuously improve Telenor’s global mobility framework, ensuring it is aligned with business needs, compliant, and competitive in the market.

Working closely with stakeholders across HR, Talent, Finance, Tax, and business units, you will help design and implement mobility solutions while ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement across processes, vendors, and employee experience

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative professional who enjoys working across functions and geographies. You are comfortable working independently in an expert role, navigating complexity and building strong relationships, while maintaining a clear focus on quality, compliance, and business value.

You bring a combination of analytical thinking and practical execution, and you are motivated by improving processes and creating impactful solutions.

  • Strong experience within global mobility, including policies and operations
  • Ability to collaborate across stakeholders and influence without authority
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to operate in an international environment

Experience And Background

You likely bring:

  • A relevant academic degree, ideally within Tax, HR, or a related field
  • Solid experience working with global mobility, including tax, immigration, and compliance topics
  • Experience managing vendors and complex stakeholder landscapes
