What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Speak C1 level of Hebrew and B2 of English
- Good communication and soft skills
- Willingness to learn
What you will have to do:
- Communicate with customers (by chat, e-mail and phone) and ensure maximum satisfaction
- Your role involves providing exceptional B2B customer support; you will be responsible for assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of our client's services.
- Deliver excellent personalized service and assist sellers through communication channels which may include Phone, Email, and/or Chat in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:
- Verify account information;
- Comply with all regulatory guidelines and procedures provided by Customer.
