Responsibilities

Managing recruitment processes from A to Z (screening, interviews, follow-up);
Creating and publishing job advertisements on various platforms;
Conducting interviews in Portuguese and English;
Ensuring an excellent candidate experience;
Collaborating with hiring managers to identify profiles suited to the needs of the business;
Updating and managing the candidate database.

Essential Skills

2 to 3 years' experience in recruitment and selection.
Fluency in English - mandatory;
Good communication skills, organization and autonomy;
A love of dynamic environments and contact with multiple stakeholders.
