Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment processes from A to Z (screening, interviews, follow-up);
- Creating and publishing job advertisements on various platforms;
- Conducting interviews in Portuguese and English;
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience;
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify profiles suited to the needs of the business;
- Updating and managing the candidate database.
- 2 to 3 years' experience in recruitment and selection.
- Fluency in English - mandatory;
- Good communication skills, organization and autonomy;
- A love of dynamic environments and contact with multiple stakeholders.
- The applicant must already be residing in Portugal
