What You Will Do In This Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general booking inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel availability, rates, services, and policies.
- Support customers via incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases whenever necessary, following internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reservation details within internal systems.
