Masterpiece Villas Assistant (Luxury Hospitality, Algarve M/F)

As a Masterpiece Villas Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operation of our Villas and Housekeeping Department, ensuring seamless coordination, operational excellence and the consistent delivery of world-class service standards. You will contribute to creating highly personalized and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily Villas operations;
• Ensure Forbes and LQA standards;
• Monitor operational service execution;
• Support daily task allocation;
• Manage guest requests and preferences;
• Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination;
• Resolve incidents with service excellence.

Profile / Requirements:

• Experience in luxury hospitality operations;
• Experience serving demanding guests;
• Degree in Tourism or Hospitality;
• Fluent Portuguese required;
• Professional fluency in English;
• Intermediate MS Office skills;
• Familiarity with hospitality PMS systems;
• Strong guest service orientation;
• Exceptional attention to detail.
