Job Description
Do you have a thirst for knowledge and are fascinated by digital solutions? We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer who can take the responsibility for envisioning and shaping first-class, innovative digital touchpoints, and bringing new ideas to life and delighting our clients with unique digital experiences.
Being the link between business goals, user needs, and technical implementation, you collaborate closely with CX strategists, other designers, and developers, always acting as an advocate for users’ needs throughout the entire process.
You will:
- Develop unique, digital user interfaces and applications for reputable clients
- Transfer visions and ideas into working design concepts and implement them independently
- Work on exciting and complex problems in interdisciplinary teams together with software developers, consultants and researchers
- Monitor projects from ideation through implementation and beyond
- Carry out presentations and discussions of concepts and designs with colleagues and clients
- Collaborate closely with other UX/UI designers to brainstorm concepts, sketch ideas, and create low- and high-fidelity prototypes
- Design accessible, intuitive, consistent, and delightful digital experiences, with strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
- Work with designers and developers to create responsive layouts, including interactive states, motion, and animation
- Contribute to and work within design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products
You bring a passion for digital creation and deep expertise in:
- Interface Design, interaction design, and usability
- A completed degree in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- 1-3 years of initial work experience in conceptualizing and designing digital products and applications, preferably in an agency environment
- Creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to understand complex systems and processes translate them into compelling visual designs
- Basic knowledge of core UX principles and methodologies (usability, accessibility, information architecture, inclusive design, etc.)
- Experience with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Miro, and other prototyping and collaboration tools
- Good understanding of UI design principles, interaction design, and responsive design best practices
- Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and contributing to design systems
- Experience across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce projects
- Experience working closely with development teams in Agile environments
- Ability to leverage AI tools to support and enhance daily design workflows
- Passion for staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable collaborating within cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
