YOUR ROLE

  • Manage logistics operations and stock control;
  • Manage the asset lifecycle (Asset Management), preferably IT assets;
  • Monitor and reconcile physical inventory with system records;
  • Analyze, process, and maintain operational data;
  • Use internal tools and systems to support daily operations.

YOUR PROFILE

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and organized professional with a strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient asset and inventory management while contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or Asset Management;
  • Proven experience managing and controlling IT assets;
  • Strong analytical and data management skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level preferred);
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, and peripherals;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Valid Portuguese driving license.
