Housekeeper Assistant Villas (Luxury Hospitality, Algarve M/F)

At Vila Vita Parc, exceptional guest experiences begin with immaculate surroundings. We are looking for a Cleaning Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Villas operation, supporting the maintenance of the outstanding quality, comfort and presentation standards that define luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform specialized interior cleaning services.
• Clean carpets, upholstery and sofas.
• Execute professional window cleaning.
• Support minor maintenance interventions.
• Transport supplies and operational materials.
• Organize stock and inventory control.
• Support housekeeping and décor teams.

Profile / Requirements

• Previous similar experience preferred.
• Fluent Portuguese.
• Very Good English communication skills.
• Driving license (preferred).
• Basic maintenance knowledge valued.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Good organization and autonomy.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility for rotating schedules.
