HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate to join in our team with base in BOSS Store Braga Parque.

• 36 hours per week; full time job.
• We´re looking for great sellers with experience in retail sector with very positive attitude and motivation to be part or our staff.

What you can expect:

• Provide an excellent level of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Maximise every sales opportunity in order to achieve both store and individual sales targets, as well as KPI objectives.
• Identify customers’ needs and answer all product-related questions.Be able to respond to enquiries regarding the price, location, features, benefits, and use of HUGO BOSS products.
• Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and within the required timeframe.
• Optimise product knowledge to recommend products and draw customers’ attention to them, with the aim of maximising sales opportunities.

Your profile:

• Demonstrated experience in retail sales within a luxury brand environment.
• Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
• Always presents a professional image.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities.
• Maintains professionalism in all circumstances.
• Fluent English proficiency.
