YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Project Support professional to support microwave programmes through structured documentation management, progress monitoring, acceptance coordination, and licensing activities, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting across delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and acceptance records
Support monitoring of rollout progress, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate acceptance, licensing, and compliance activities with stakeholders
Ensure document control, data accuracy, and timely approvals
Support internal and customer audits by maintaining complete and updated records

YOUR PROFILE

Based in KSA, region to be confirmed, with full flexibility to travel to sites across the region.
Experience in telecom project support, rollout governance, or PMO environments
Strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills
High attention to detail and commitment to process compliance
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
