Business/ System analyst

Are you passionate about Finance Transformation, Business Analysis, and Financial Information Systems? Then this position is for you.
As a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst, you will contribute to large-scale finance transformation initiatives within an international banking environment, supporting the implementation of financial systems, interfaces, and accounting solutions across multiple business domains.
Build Side
- Participate in finance transformation and system implementation projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Design functional and technical solutions for financial interfaces between operational and finance systems.
- Produce detailed functional and technical specifications for development and implementation teams.
- Coordinate with business, IT, and project stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Contribute to testing strategies, execution, and validation of accounting and reporting solutions.
- Support project governance by preparing status reports and participating in project committees.
- Provide functional and technical support for financial interfaces in production.
- Manage enhancement requests and corrective actions according to project priorities.
- Perform functional, technical, and reporting testing activities.
- Monitor solution quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Support end users during post-implementation activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and system reliability.
You have at least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Finance, Banking, or Financial Information Systems. You enjoy solving complex business challenges, working in international environments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
