Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
- Support and Maintenance of Applications
- Incident Prevention
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to support a wide range of information systems and applications
- Daily ticket analysis and resolution, including root cause analysis and problem creation.
- More than 2 years of experience, preferably in application support.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Distributed Systems, including Microservices and APIs.
- Ability to lead war rooms during major incidents, coordinating multiple stakeholders through to incident resolution.
- Experience designing and implementing control mechanisms and KPIs in production environments.
- Experience working with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Experience with APM solutions is preferred (e.g., Dynatrace).
- Experience using Kibana for log analysis and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Availability to participate in on-call support rotations.
