About The Opportunity
Are you looking to build your career in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cloud technologies, and IT Operations?
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior IT professional who wants to work in a modern enterprise environment, helping secure user access, supporting governance processes, and collaborating with multiple business and technical teams.
You will participate in access lifecycle management, user provisioning and deprovisioning, security compliance activities, licensing control, and project reporting while gaining exposure to cloud platforms, virtualization, SAP environments, and IT Service Management.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage user access requests and approval workflows.
- Execute user provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies.
- Maintain secure and accurate access controls across enterprise systems.
- Support SAP access management activities.
- Ensure software licensing compliance for all users.
- Coordinate decommissioning activities within corporate projects.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and quality metrics.
- Prepare management reports and project documentation.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Support continuous process improvements in access governance.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Access Management, IAM, IT Support, or related areas.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Familiarity with SAP user access management.
- Basic knowledge of VMware virtualization.
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud platforms.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), preferably ServiceNow.
- Basic project management knowledge.
- Ability to prepare reports and management documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
- Exposure to cybersecurity or governance processes.
- Experience with user lifecycle management.
- Understanding of IT compliance and security best practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise licensing management.
