What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health and integrity of the company by maintaining and ensuring compliance with rebate and promotion programs. This position is essential for financial reporting and budgeting, contributing to the overall financial performance and compliance of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Rebate and Promotion Maintenance:
- Manage and maintain rebate and promotion programs, ensuring they are accurately recorded and tracked.
- Ensure accurate identification and booking of customers’ invoices.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure all financial activities related to rebates, promotions, and sales commissions comply with internal policies and external regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and management, to ensure a seamless financial process.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial finance
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (role focused on Portugal)
- Background in finance, accounting, or related fields is highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel and TPM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address financial discrepancies and operational issues.
- Ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial calculations and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
