Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Responsibilities - your mission

A vacancy in Risk and Compliance for Systems has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft). You will join the Systems Compliance team within the Financial Systems Department.

A Risk and Compliance Organization supporting all divisions is being reinforced within Financial Systems. Its role will be to secure Finance authorizations in Airbus Finance leading SAP platform.

As a Junior Finance Systems Analyst and part of this new team mixing IT specialists and Business/Compliance Managers, your mission is to support Airbus Risk and Compliance Systems Department to fulfill his roles & responsibilities.

You will be exposed to current cutting-edge risk and compliance management tools and innovative projects within and outside Finance functions in an agile environment.

As a focal point, your activity will require you to play a critical role in securing Finance authorizations across a significant scope 70 legal entities, cross countries). She/He will be responsible for the technical maintenance of the Finance Authorization concept, the solutions securing the execution of the user access provisioning and access reviews in compliance with defined rules.

As part of Risk and Compliance Systems team within Finance, you will:

• Support SAP User Access Management: Assist in provisioning and de-provisioning user access rights under supervision.

• Analyze Access Rights: Conduct regular data-driven assessments of user access, identifying potential risks and suggesting improvements.

• Maintain Role Concepts: Learn and support the implementation and maintenance of SAP authorization profiles and roles in accordance with defined standards.

• Troubleshoot & Support: Monitor incoming requests, troubleshoot basic access/authorization issues, and provide end-user support.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Central Key Users and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into secure system roles.

• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date user training materials, policies, and documentation regarding SAP security procedures.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Education: IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Entry-level to 1 year of experience in the IT/Systems environment. Prior hands-on experience with SAP Authorizations is NOT required , but a strong motivation to learn SAP Security is essential.
• SAP Awareness: Basic theoretical knowledge or academic exposure to the SAP ecosystem, its architecture, and modules (S4/HANA, Fiori, or ECC) is highly valued.
• Data & System Logic: Good understanding of data flows, database concepts, single/composite role logic, and IT system security.
• Compliance Mindset: Basic understanding of Audit, Internal Controls, or SoD (Segregation of Duties) concepts.
• Familiarity with Tech Tools: Strong command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data manipulation).
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, proactive attitude toward learning new complex systems, and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Language Skills: English written and spoken (B2 level or higher).
