Be our NEXT Engineering Manager!
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, QA Engineering, or a similar technical role;
- Experience leading and coaching engineering teams;
- Strong technical background and delivery ownership;
- Knowledge of software quality, maintainability, and operational excellence;
- Experience working with Agile teams and Product Owners;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent English;
- Availability for occasional travel within Europe;
- Lead and develop engineering teams;
- Drive high-quality and predictable software delivery;
- Align engineering execution with business and technology goals;
- Collaborate with Product Owners and key stakeholders;
- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement;
- Support the technology strategy and standardization initiatives;
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
