Your Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Owning and evolving Nextlane’s Customer Interaction products, including Communication Center, AI Receptionist, and future AI-powered engagement capabilities.
- Defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for customer communication experiences across voice, messaging, and workflow automation.
- Designing and improving core interaction capabilities such as routing, conversation orchestration, automation workflows, and AI-assisted customer journeys.
- Driving the adoption of AI-powered experiences, including conversational interfaces, voice automation, copilots, and intelligent assistants.
- Leading product discovery with dealerships, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Working closely with Engineering, AI, UX, Data, and Platform teams to deliver scalable, reliable, cloud-native solutions.
- Ensuring seamless integration with internal systems, external platforms, APIs, and partner ecosystems.
- Defining success metrics and measuring product performance through adoption, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and commercial impact.
- Supporting go-to-market initiatives, customer pilots, product positioning, and commercial enablement activities.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience building customer interaction platforms, communication products, conversational systems, workflow automation tools, or AI-driven products.
- Proven track record delivering scalable, API-driven, cloud-native products.
- Experience working on products with measurable business impact, adoption targets, and revenue objectives.
- Experience operating in cross-functional environments with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, and Commercial teams.
- Languages:
- Fluent English (interview will be conducted in English).
- Additional European languages are a plus.
- Communication:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Comfortable presenting product vision, roadmap decisions, and business outcomes.
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of conversational AI, voice automation, messaging platforms, or customer engagement technologies.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, LLM-based solutions, or workflow automation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, success metrics, and ROI models.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance principles is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
