The role

Development of training programs and monitoring their implementation
Monitoring the execution of training programs, supporting internal and external clients
Organization of training sessions, as well as the entire logistical and technical-pedagogical process associated
Support in the promotion of training offerings, as well as the preparation of proposals

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or similar
Interest in the training field and some existing contact/experience with the area will be valued
We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and organized person with a passion for customer service
Good computer skills from a user perspective, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Resilient, contributes new ideas, has a critical spirit, and enjoys teamwork
Comfortable with new technologies, for example, website management
