The role
- Development of training programs and monitoring their implementation
- Monitoring the execution of training programs, supporting internal and external clients
- Organization of training sessions, as well as the entire logistical and technical-pedagogical process associated
- Support in the promotion of training offerings, as well as the preparation of proposals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or similar
- Interest in the training field and some existing contact/experience with the area will be valued
- We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and organized person with a passion for customer service
- Good computer skills from a user perspective, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Resilient, contributes new ideas, has a critical spirit, and enjoys teamwork
- Comfortable with new technologies, for example, website management
