Role Overview
Join a growing team as a Senior Sales Manager, where you'll drive business development and client acquisition in the Asia-focused market. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a B2B sales pipeline, shape financial solutions, and build strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a B2B sales pipeline within the Asia-focused market.

Identify and attract new clients interested in cross-border payment and account opening solutions.

Conduct the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding and relationship management.

Build partnerships with international businesses, PSPs, agents, and financial partners.

Work closely with internal compliance and operations teams during onboarding processes.

Participate in conferences, networking events, and business meetings.

Maintain CRM records, sales reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or B2B financial sales.

Strong understanding of cross-border payments, account opening, or financial infrastructure products.

Experience working with international clients and Asian markets.

Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.

Languages: Russian, English.
