As a Sports Event Marketing Specialist, you will do the planning, development and execution of Red Bull’s sports event portfolio across Portugal, including both Red Bull-owned properties and selected third-party events. You work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies, athletes, and event organizers to deliver premium experiences that strengthen the brand, engage consumers, and contribute to business objectives. All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

EXECUTION OF NATIONAL RED BULL-TITLED EVENTS

You support the planning, coordination, and execution of Red Bull titled sports events from concept through delivery. Working with cross-functional teams and external partners, you ensure flawless event operations, premium brand experiences, budget control, and continuous optimization for future projects

THIRD-PARTY EVENT MARKETING

You develop and deliver impactful Red Bull activations at key third-party events. By coordinating branding, consumer engagement, sales opportunities, and on-site execution, you ensure a consistent and high-quality Red Bull presence that maximizes visibility and impact.

MANAGE EVENTS ASSESSTS & OPERATIONS

You oversee the planning, tracking, and coordination of event materials, sponsoring goods, and marketing assets. Working closely with logistics and warehouse partners, you ensure efficient inventory management, operational readiness, and smooth event delivery

ENABLE PARTNERSHIP & COLLABORATION

You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution across the event portfolio. By building strong relationships and identifying opportunities across marketing, sales, athletes, creators, and clients, you help maximize Red Bull’s presence and performance beyond individual events

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

+ 2 years of professional experience in event and/or sports marketing
Proven experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong budgeting, planning and project management skills.
Strong understanding of the Portuguese sports ecosystem and consumer landscape.
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong ownership mentality.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
