As an Assistant Professional, you will play a key role in supporting the Hub Head’s daily operations, working closely with the GBS leadership team. You will help drive efficiency, streamline priorities, and contribute to the successful achievement of strategic objectives. This position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to proactively manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and high-visibility environment.


Your mission will be…

  • Supporting the Hub Head in executing daily activities, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities;
  • Coordinating and monitoring information flows, ensuring accurate maintenance of documentation;
  • Gathering, structuring, and evaluating data, preparing reports and decision summaries to support leadership decision-making;
  • Preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and briefings for senior stakeholders;
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings and agendas, including preparation and follow-up;
  • Managing correspondence and supporting communication flows with internal and external stakeholders across different levels of the organization;
  • Supporting travel coordination and logistics when required;
  • Contributing to the implementation of new tools, technologies, and process improvements;
  • Ensuring strict confidentiality when handling sensitive and business-critical information.


We are looking for someone with…

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred;
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in administrative, project support, or business support roles;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate insights;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Digital mindset with interest in new tools and process improvement;
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and topics simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).


Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis;
  • Experience in an international or shared services environment.
