Product Owner - Customer Management

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • Define and drive the evolution of Customer Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs;
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into actionable user stories and product features;
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define, deliver, and continuously improve Customer Management capabilities;
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of customer data while promoting efficient and well-structured business processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role;
  • Experience in Customer Management, CRM, or Customer Data environments;
  • Ability to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements and manage product backlogs;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of system integrations and customer data concepts;
  • Proactivity and dynamism;
  • Organizational and communication skills;
  • Fluency in English.
