Product Owner - Customer Management

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
- Define and drive the evolution of Customer Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs;
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into actionable user stories and product features;
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define, deliver, and continuously improve Customer Management capabilities;
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of customer data while promoting efficient and well-structured business processes.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role;
- Experience in Customer Management, CRM, or Customer Data environments;
- Ability to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements and manage product backlogs;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders;
- Knowledge of system integrations and customer data concepts;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Fluency in English.
