What You'll Do:
- Provide advanced support for production applications, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and root cause analysis of incidents.
- Led the end-to-end management of high-priority production incidents, coordinating with development, infrastructure, and product teams to minimize service disruption.
- Monitor application health and system performance, maintaining and enhancing monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Plan and deliver operational improvement initiatives, including system upgrades, process automation, and deployment of new applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability, operational efficiency, and service availability.
- Support production environments across Linux and Windows platforms, ensuring high availability and stability.
- Scripting and automation to streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort.
- Experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting complex issues across applications, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with incident management, monitoring, logging, and ITSM/ticketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of desktop applications, web applications, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Proficient in Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience managing application servers, including HAProxy, Apache, and IIS.
- Skilled in scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
- Experienced with monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix and Grafana.
- Knowledge of middleware technologies, including Axway API Gateway.
