Costaterra is a private members only residential community in Comporta – Portugal. It combines luxury living with top-tier hospitality, offering incredible dining, a world-class golf course, spa services, outdoor pursuits, and immersive local experiences.

We are looking for a talented F&B Concierge to join our team! In this role, you’ll welcome members and guests, manage dining reservations, coordinate special requests, and support the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets. You’ll provide personalized recommendations, ensure seamless communication between guests and the F&B team, and help create memorable dining experiences. Your goal is to deliver warm, attentive service while exceeding our members’ and guests’ expectations at every opportunity.

What you will do?

  • Manage reservations for club restaurants, private dining, special culinary events and events;
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor all Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) related to Food & Beverage services;
  • Manage daily restaurant reservations, proactively contact members to arrange bookings across the property's dining venues, and maintain accurate tracking of all members' culinary and dining experiences;
  • Coordinate with restaurant managers and chefs to accommodate guest requests and ensure outstanding service;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel F&B outlets, menus, promotions, wine lists, and seasonal offerings;
  • Handle special requests, including celebrations, dietary restrictions, allergies, VIP amenities, and customized dining experiences;
  • Monitor member satisfaction and proactively resolve any dining-related concerns or service recovery opportunities;
  • Collaborate closely with Member Service and Experience Team, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences;
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and members preferences using the hotel's property management and reservation systems;
  • Support the planning and coordination of private events, special dinners, and exclusive culinary experiences;
  • Ensure compliance with club standards, health and safety regulations, and brand service guidelines;
