As a Wealth Management Assistant, you will play a vital role in our organization, offering administrative and operational support to our Senior Relationship Managers. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our wealth management division, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences. Main responsibilities
Administrative Support To Relationship Managers
- Prepare and organize client‑meeting packs, presentations, and briefing notes.
- Monitor account‑opening processes end‑to‑end, coordinating outstanding items and approvals.
- Collect, validate, and maintain KYC/CDD documentation; track renewals and trigger periodic reviews.
- Update CRM/client records and ensure documentation is audit‑ready.
- Follow up and process client cash movements, stock market orders, deposits, loan instructions... in an accurate and prompt manner.
- Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Front Office to ensure timely settlement and issue resolution.
- Apply regulatory requirements and internal procedures; escalate exceptions and maintain proper controls.
- Reconcile transactions and maintain logs/SOPs for audit and MI reporting.
- Serve as a primary contact for day‑to‑day queries; provide quick, clear updates on requests and cases.
- Proactively communicate status on onboarding, KYC, and transaction execution.
- Identify and address service gaps; contribute to continuous improvement of client experience.
- Uphold high service levels (SLAs, TATs, and quality metrics).
- Higher education in Banking, Finance or Wealth Management.
- A previous experience, of 3-5 years, in WM (front-office and facing clients) is required.
- Committed team player with good capacities of working autonomously.
- Client focused with a deep sense of discretion/confidentiality and problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication capabilities.
- Being bilingual in English and Portuguese is a must. Knowledge of French is an important asset.
- Good knowledge of Administrative IT tools [MS Office].
