Responsibilities

Reviewing various types of content (videos, images, text, and audio) to ensure compliance with established processes and policies.
Handling customer inquiries related to Trust & Safety matters, including abuse reports and appeals.
Collaborating with ByteDance’s internal teams to ensure the safety of both users and the brand.
Providing services in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.

Requirements

Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
Must have an EU passport or Portuguese work permit.
A passion for watching videos.
