Travel & Accommodation Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Travel & Accommodation Technician to reinforce our team, based in Mortágua, Portugal.

In this role, you will support the Travel & Accommodation department by identifying the best travel and lodging solutions, responding to internal requests, and working closely with Operations to ensure efficient coordination of services.

Department and reporting line

Travel & Accommodation Department and reporting to T&A Manager

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for internal stakeholders
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with travel and accommodation policies and documentation requirements
• Handle contract and invoice management related to travel services
• Provide internal customer support for travel-related queries and requests
• Track expenses and prepare reporting related to travel and accommodation
• Manage supplier claims and resolve operational issues

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field
• English proficiency (minimum B1 level); additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in travel and accommodation management is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and other office tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
